This wine has a pale peach hue with pristine notes of white peach, grapefruit, lemon, Rainier cherry, white blossom, wet slate, seashell and petrichor. On the palate it’s dry, precise, with racy acidity, and medium alcohol (11.5% ABV). It’s positively delicious.
