A blend of 70% Sangiovese, 20% Cab Sauv and 10% Merlot, fermented in oak and then spends 12 months aging in neutral oak, dark Ruby with aromas of berry fruit, sweet spice with an earthy tone. On the palate flavors of zesty raspberry and black cherry with cacao and some cinnamon notes. Firm tannins, a bit grippy at start, long finish, good balance and mouthfeel, ending with fruit and earthy mineral character. Nice!!
