High altitude and cooler growing conditions have endowed this Cab with tart, high-pitched red berries, underpinned by savory notes. Dried herbs a mineral vein linger on a persistent finish.

Very unique. Not surprising, but way too early. We've got one more bottle. Will save for at least 5 years. I suspect it will be even better.

More blue than dark fruit, soft and round definitely a mountain fruit wine. Plush in all the right ways.

Very vivid strawberry fruit with a touch of anise and mint. The beauty of this wine is in its' balance. It's so fresh and alive. I tasted this against some of the older vintages, and it is not doubt that this well stand the test of time.
