Pop and pour. A majestic medium gold color. On the nose: Restrained notes of tropical fruit, pear, honey, grass. Taste: creamy, oily wine with lemon, caramel, cedar, touch of oak, and a medium green apple mineral dry finish. Drinks well for its age and fun to discuss/drink tonight. Cheers!

Strong nose of honey and citrus. Green apple on the palette. Good balance and surprisingly subtle oak. Very nice with grilled shrimp.
