This one really rubs me the wrong way. I love Viognier, but this ultra-acidy expression is not to my taste. Also, I'm getting a lot of oak on this. Am I right? The earthy roundness coupled with the mid-palette sweetness is unctuous. I'm gonna put this one on my list of don'ts along with South African Chenin Blanc and New Zealand Sauvingon Blancs. Sorry 'bout it.
