The color is a very pale rosé, almost like strawberry wine.
Nose: underripe strawberries, hard apple cider, honey
Taste: green apple peels, stone fruits, salt water?
Mouth watering acidity. Fairly dry. Not much complexity.

Dry and light fruit. Blackberries and dark fruit on the nose. Light bubbles with a tart and light plum hit on the palate. Refreshingly yummy. Pairs incredibly well with Italian food.
