Unreal. So restrained at 13.5% alc.
Tons of bell pepper/jalapeño. Medium + tannin and acid. Fruit was all but gone but the wines structure remains. Nice grip. Would’ve called Cab Franc in a blind. Very green.

Glad I did not wait much longer as a bit of fading though all in all a beautiful example of a CA Cabernet. Well structured and still extant. Nose a bit off.
