Where I found the ‘05 it shares the table with to be more youthful/powerful (red and black fruit was more ripe/muddled), this seemed more finesse driven. Clean delineation of fruit (rhubarb spice, blackberry, cassis) and similar graphite notes but not as dense or tannic. This seems to be peaking.
