Intense, dark purple. Dried plum jam in the nose. Full, astringent, mouth filling with a lingering finish and a nip of tannin at the end. A stout 14.5% alcohol. 85% Petite Sirah and 15% Petit Verdot. PetitePetit. Get it? Great job on this yummy blend. Sixth generation family winery dating from the 1850s. Uses progressive farming practices. Starting in 2011, their 750 acre tract was third-party certified as sustainable. Killer wine at $16.
