Delicious Ploussard, tastes a little like Burgundy. Went well with seared (but still rare) fillet, mashed sweet potatoes and garlic mac & cheese.

Jan 3rd, 2014Very light bodied. After an hour of being opened this is still quite tight. Very typical arbois but not anything special. Still very, very tasty!!!
