Clear dark garnet. Red berries and vanilla plum on the nose. Echoed on the medium-bodied palate. Medium acidity. Medium minus tannins. Medium short-ish dark finish. The “lighter side” of Washington Merlot for those who prefer a sipper. Still enough “stuff” there to accompany lighter “red wine” fare. Great with burgers and rice. Drink now, though.
