Yountville Cabernet Sauvignon

Smell is potent, but taste is smooth.

5/2023. Bold flavor. Good fruit and nice on the palate. Paired well with the dry aged rib eye at Hall’s Chophouse.

2017 vintage. Medium-heavy body alongside dark color and a dense nose. Enough fruit to please but not enough to overwhelm the balance. A very pleasant exeunt comprised of cassis, plum and milk chocolate. Nice for the price and drinking well now. 3.29.23.

Silky, full bodied, black fruit, soy sauce, vanilla notes, a smidge oaky.
