I pulled the cork and was surprised with a pretty nice nose. Maybe the long lasting affects of the flu have gone away and I can smell again. Blackberries like a fresh baked pie, tobacco and darkish chocolate. When I tasted it there were dark cherries, hint of plums, cigar box and a very faint hint of vanilla bean. This finished very nice and lingered just enough to remind you that you want more.
