This is Mitja Sirk's single-vineyard Ca' Savorgnan. Made from local varietal tocai friulano. Heady floral and dried apricot aromas laying over strong calcareous mineral notes. Rich, creamy finish. Reminds me of a premier cru Chablis, but frankly, better.
