Really great. I am dining at 3 Forks. So happy. I am always concerned about 2004 because I think there were tons of lady bugs that year. But I guess no problem for the great properties

Moldy old dusty. Has a green woody stemy nose. Kinda green clean. Has a polished flavor profile. Light airy but lack the fruit structure. Very thin stemy. Typical of 04

Just off the charts with cheese and baguette today. A little light but layers of exotic spices. Nicely medium length finish. Had in July 2020.
