This rosé wine of 70% Franc and 30% Gamay is the typical onionskin color of most sparkling Francs. The nose is of yeasty strawberries and on the palate it displays a roundness from lees aging. Lots of strawberries and cream on the palate complement the abundant red fruit nose.

Shockingly good rose bubbles! This is 70/30 Cab Franc/Gamay, and the Cab Franc really shines. Deep rosy copper color with expressive notes of strawberry, peach, rosemary, creme brûlée, and warm bread. Served with a cheese plate and fruit. Drinks way better than it should for $20.
