Côtes de Gascogne Colombard

Paired with Vietnamese pho, delicious. Easy drinking white.

It was citrusy, minor minerality, easy to drink. Just not for me. Largely forgettable. Felt like i was wasting my wine allowance. Its not an expensive bottle, tremendously inoffensive.

Somewhat acidic and tart although the acidity isn't overpowering. Many citrus notes. Very fresh notes, like spring rain.
