Here’s the deal: I’m not actually looking for a ton of complexity in a beer. Gimme a *balanced* dosage of hops, a bright palate, maybe some citrus, a crisp and clean finish. Better still if it’s local. All this makes Driftwood a go-to ale in our house. 🍂🍺
