50% Petite Sirah, 30% Mission, 20% Zinfandel, 12.5% ABV
Great Organic & Natty wine, good fruit, slightest of cement on the nose, spice from the barrel yeast tannin etc, and super fresh (2019 with 10 months in barrel leaves less than two months for crush, distribution, and pickup time!)
100% whole cluster Carbonic Maceration for 6-10 days in stainless steel. Pressed into a mix of concrete and stainless steel for 8-12 days. No sulfur used in the winemaking. Aged 10 months in old wood barrels

Nov 1st, 2020Red-violet color. Medium body. Floral, strawberry nose with a slight funk. Light and fruity with pleasant acidity. Best served slightly chilled. Great with spicy chili!
