A lovely nose of cocoa ganache, dusted with vanilla.

Black and boysenberry duke it out with bright and dark flavors, ripe green pepper, tomato stalk, cacao tea, zippy acidity, not quite gripping, yet high giving tannins.
Needs air to free itself.
