That lovely smell of the fog that happens in the early morning, burning off from the vegetation- slowly thriving and decomposing under its smoky blanket.

Heavy bodied with the classic South American vegetal flavors, green pepper, tomato stalk, garden herbs. Smokey tannins tempered by an almost citric acidity.
Love this winery.
