A feminine and sophisticated wine. Euphoric nose by substantially more restrained on the palate. The wine is approachable out of the bottle but benefits from air. I think it moved in both directions over the course of about 6 hours so as to suggest decanting is not necessary but there exists significant aging potential. The acid was lovely the tannins were approachable enough to describe as refined. Excited to age this wine 10 years or more. 1 bottle at every other year for the next decade.
