Crisp and clean. Not an average Sav Blanc from New Zealand. Grassy, vegetal notes, citrus, super dry with medium plus viscosity. Wonderful with the fresh, Florida seafood we enjoyed at Norman Van Aken's new 1921 Restaurant in Mt Dora.
