In the mouth, a zippy acidity made me forget this is a Cabernet Sauvignon. Red fruit takes a back seat to herbs and earth. The savory edge is so great, the spice so understated, the greenness just green enough. This is a classy rosé, and for 12 bucks, it should be on your patio well chilled.

Solid red with orange tinge. Floral note in nose. Tart pie cherry, orange water and cranberry notes in mouth with white pepper and minerality in finish. Mid-tongue astringency, top of palate as well. Pleasant rounded mouthfeel, lighter style, not too acidic. A fine sipping summer wine. Great value but don't overchill
