What a unique wine! Hearty tannins of soil and a metallic/iron tannin on the finish with subtle fruit. Really nice. Paired amazing with sweetbreads as an appetizer and a homemade parmesan, spinach, ham pasta.

Dark fruit, dusty tannins. Med plus acidity, med plus body. Very nice, would be great with food.

I put NV because I don't see one. Having by the glass and this bottle has been open a little while but stored ok. The rating might better with a fresh bottle. But this is a solid Aglianico.
