Biodynamic! Closed and oxidative at first, med-short finish. After a few hours, apple/pear nose, very dry in style, unique. Still some of the bottle remains for a 24 hour resampling. This probably needs serious air time to get going, only bottled in 2014 after nearly 17 years resting in oak casks.
