The wine is clear and bright with a medium lemon colour.
The nose is clean and fully developed, showing medium+ intensity aromas of lemon peel, rye bread, brioche, green apple and hints of honey.
The wine is medium-sweet, with a high well-integrated acidity. It has a medium alcohol and a medium+ body. It has medium+ intensity flavours and a medium finish.
It is a very good quality wine. Demi-sec are not my style, but it has a wonderful balance between acidity and sweetness, and it shows a quite decent complexity provided by autolytic and maturity notes. However it is a bit short.
