Utterly shocked. Thank goodness I didn’t taste it blind- I would have embarrassed myself by blurting out “ Volnay”. 2013 that is in a great place and punching way above its price point.

Incredible. Minerals. Sweet red cherries, black currants, bit of mint and Flowers. Lots of energy. single vineyard Pinot. Deeply complex - like a top of line burgundy.
