What a gorgeous nose, displaying a deep and hauntingly beautiful bouquet of dried pear, apple, minerals and spice, which turned floral and more exotic with time. The palate followed through with expectations as medium-bodied textures gave way to a mix stone fruits, minerals, roasted nuts and savory spice. It seemed to hover on the palate.
