May not have the character of say a Baudry or Raffault Chinon, but still a profoundly true-to-terroir Chinon with all that fine grained dark berry earthiness, low on the funko-meter, & just plain ol’ low alcohol fun. Paired with brunch cheesy egg casserole of Gruyère, nutmeg, Parmesan etc that soaks overnight in Half & Half. — 8 months ago
One of the more impressive Brunellos of this era I’ve had recently. Surprised. Fruit, tannins, and structure still going very strong with several years left at least. — 4 years ago

Orange blossom half and half sipped out of a cantaloupe soaked in the Atlantic. Also those orange circus peanut candies you find at rural gas stations. I know this note sounds terrible but it’s just because I’m a poor writer, the wine is actually quite good as per usual. — 4 months ago
