Sealed with a “Guala Seal” plastic cork. The wine was medium yellow-golden in colour and offered melon, apple, dried peach, almond, a honeyed spiciness and smoky flintstone on the nose. The palate reflected the nose well and thus showed melon, apple, dried peach, almond, mineral notes, flintstone and a honeyed spiciness, paired with medium-plus slightly bitter acidity and very good length. A medium- to full-bodied, reasonably balanced Chassagne-Montrachet. 88
