2021/5/6-8 with meunière of shitabirame, etc. There’s a nice cooling character to this - it’s light on its feet, not too dense. Lemony fruit with tangy acidity and some lurking stony minerals.

Nice nose of mild grapefruit. Light to medium body, definite grapefruit & maybe green apple in the mouth. Fairly smooth, only slightly buttery, with a small alcohol bite. Also some minerality/clay.
How to Drink Wine school hosted by Chris Stang & Grant Reynolds with support from Parcelle- on Zoom during the Coronavirus.
