So, Anne-Marie wanted a rescue dog, and after two weeks, I require a rescue. He goes by Miller, and he’s a little Jeckel and Hyde, but every day we see forward progress. He likes Napa cabs, particularly Outpost. Miller’s notes were that this 16 is drum-tight. Nose presents coffee, spice box and overripe black fruits. The palate goes on for dog 🐶 days, woof! The finish is intense, tannic and ripe. Do I detect a smidge of Pup-Perroni doggy treats? 🐶

Jan 3rd, 2019In the glass, you can see the deep extraction. The nose displays blueberry pie and maple syrup. Palate is dense and focused. Tannins create an upright structure, combined with supple acidity. Finishes textured and sweet. Overall, a thrilling presentation.

The nose shows savory fruits. Herbaceous notes. Ruby, ripe; blackberries, blueberries, dark cherries, black plum, plum & creamy raspberries. Vanilla, cinnamon, clove, black licorice, dark spice, purple florals, violets and lavender.
The body is medium. The tannins are, soft, round, dark, slightly tarry and a bit chewy. The structure soft, the length beautiful. Ruby, ripe; blackberries, blueberries, dark cherries, black plum, plum and creamy raspberries. Vanilla, cinnamon, clove, black licorice, dark spice, purple florals, violets and lavender. The acidity is perfect and the well polished finish is beautiful
