Smooth wine. Not a lot of flavour but very dark, violet colour. Went very nicely with fillet steak.

Perfectly approachable, easily paired with most grilled items
. At the end of a helluva day - an easy thing to reach for, instead of the razor. I'm staying in.

Jun 10th, 2015The fruit is a little deaf muted at opening. Needs time and a wee bit of the oxygen. Blend is even and just. A darkness like no other eclipsing the tail end of this wine. Unique. Worth tasting.

After some air, the true south American flavors come through! Green peeper and tomato stalk.

Dried cherries and a hint of burnt caramel on the nose. Tart cherry taste with a little black pepper on the finish.
