A great wine from what I consider to be a very underrated producer. Peppery Black Cherry, Blackberry, Root Beer, Black Licorice notes on the silky mid-pallet. The buttery finish shows notes of chocolate, almonds, rosemary and violets. This wine is extremely complex. A BIG brawny and brambly Pinot that is made from three different Pinot Noir clones. There is a whole lot going on here. Outstanding!
