Special Selection Cabernet Sauvignon Graciano

Spanish Cabernet Sauvignon, medium tannin with mild cherry notes, served with halibut at Bandaloop in Arundel, Maine

Decent, drinkable red. Smooth and flavorful. Good with manchego cheese or tapas.

Coconut, vanillin, the juice is soft and needs more neutral oak. Big mouthful of tannins, certainly a wine for food. Lots of potential, either with more time, or the winemakers tweaks in future vintages.

Black fruit and licorice

Did not like it first time. K and I had again with Shrimp Linguine. Both liked a lot
