Quite possibly the most reduced wine I've opened all year. Like curling up in a tire factory. But. After an hour, a beautiful, light, red fruited and amazingly aromatic wine emerged, grounded by hot rocks and Sicilian spirit. Nice value and killer pizza wine.

Drinking this in Palermo. A perfect, light dry red that goes well with all Sicilian specialities. Recommended by wine captain - well received.
