I opened it in the morning and tannin was still strong that night. After an hour decanting confirmed why Barolo is such a good buy for the cellar.

Not the great wine I expected. I sampled this at scavino a few years ago, scored a bottle. Rather tannic, fair enough. Never@blossomed nor bloomed. Sad.
