Very aromatic and nice nose of tobcco, roses, spices with black licorice and some floral notes. The palate is fairly powerful and large, the tannins though are smoother with the few years in the cellar, a very typical Nebbiolo finale for me with this delicious dryness to the long finish. Good modern style Barolo. 91-92 pts
Joli Nez très aromatique et assez complexe, tabac blond, rose, épicé avec de la réglisse noire, floral et vraiment expressif. La bouche est assez puissante, large mais avec des tannins auquel les quelques années de cave ont fait grand bien, une finale typée Nebbiolo pour moi avec une longueur finement asséchante. Un bon Barolo de facture assez moderne toutefois mais qui a 8 ans d’âge est dans une phase plus intéressante. 91-92
