Park Cognac - Single Vineyard - Borderies
This is meagerly priced, as Park has much more expensive bottlings, however this is my favorite. Highly floral with spice notes, and a myriad of stone fruit (apricots) and white fig character. Very well balanced, delicate, and feels the least alcoholic. Just a pleasure to sip. My colleague Forrest, called it "preposterously beautiful." Well said.
