Super dark and at first glance would look to be acidic, but very smooth for a Granache. Slight tannic kick, more like a gentle tap. Tobacco and dark fruit: plum, fig and dark cherry. But a bottle now!

Taste oak and char right away. Very high tannins. After we sent it though an aerator it opened up nicely to reveal black cherry and chocolate.
