2013 - peach, green apple, almonds, crushed rocks, mineral water - so good!

Strong minerality for 13. Butteaux is so much better than Vaillons. Reminds me of what I love about Piuze. Clean, slatey deliciousness

A confusing wine that is working out for the better. The color suggested advanced and seemed on first whiff to be a little soft but, true to its scrappy self, it recovered quickly. Sappy as fuck, slightly seafaring and reminiscent of the medicinal properties of Bragg's, in a good way. Has nice complexity but I wouldn't sit on it. Eddy
