Super green! Granny Smith apple, lemon pith, lemon oil. A bit salty on the palate. Searing acid. Very young. Even still I really like this, and look forward to how it evolves.

Ridiculously salty and complex for a village Chablis. In the same league as De Moor and Dauvissat.

The perfect wine to start an evening. Super clean and acidic with notes of white lilly and limestone on the palate and lemon peel on the nose. Give it some time on the palate and you'll find the green and searing yellow notes become slightly golden, allowing for continued drinking or a beautiful transition to the next course if served as a wine pairing.
