Vent d'Ange Chablis Chardonnay

Can’t get enough of this natty Chablis. Meyer lemon and tart apple jump out of the glass. The finish wipes the palate clean and draws you in for another sip.

A very charming Chablis, maybe it need some crispyness, a wonderful white Burgundy more like Côte de Beaune than Chablis.

Belle ampleur, riche mais on garde la minéralité et la tension propre au terroir. Belle surprise

Lovely Chablis, crispy and good minerality, 2015 makes it more fleshy, but also approachable, , clearly a wine with food.

Really has that just opened melon aroma- cantaloupe. Shit I gotta eat more melons. Has the weight I expect of 2015 without being fat or overwrought. There's a real chalk and coconut milk thing here. Long. Green apple tang and bite

Lemon curd, gardenias, sea shells, sourdough. Lively rounded acidity, medium bodied, juicy-oily texture, lime zest, chalky slightly floral finish. High elevation vines, lighter in texture than vintage is known for, great acid tension, excellent lengthy finish. Phenomenal producer.

Аскорбинка, тальк, лимонный сорбет, кожура грейпфрута, намёк на ромашку. В развитии проступает нежная сливочность, сухие листья, белая слива. Легкая, но при этом слегка зернистая текстура, свежая кислотность, сочный вкус с цитрусовой доминантой. Филигранно, красиво, дружелюбно. 17/20
