Tasted blind. Nailed it down to the producer. Such a distinctively reduced style. Interesting wine. Decant. Pretty reduced, peanut skins, smoked meats. An hour later the reduction started to blow off. Really pretty, red fruit, meat, iron, silky, faint peanut & soy. 24 hours later, no reduction, pure red fruit, pepper and flowers. Good stuff.
