Red and blue fruits, but the strong part of the show is the aromatics of flowers from the Viognier and some bacon fat from the Blonde based Ampuis Syrah. A restrained 13% abv 2009, acidity is in check and the mineral and floral core of the wine intact. Excellent structure and good length in the finish. #coterotie #jaboulet

2009 / At first a little bit closed but after 1,5 hour it became a beautiful wine ! Very classic style with everything on the right place.
