Oxidative nose was awful. Palate when swirled enough to get the funk out revealed tannic, dried citrus, berry fruit, and herb. I generally love both pax and skin contact whites, but this missed the mark for me personally. Props for experimentation though.

I’m not usually seduced by labels but I’m seduced by this one. A fun wine I’ve tried before under the now defunct Wind Gap brand. Fruit and skunk. Pink orange with a sour citrus twist and dank savory green herbs. Texture and viscosity and images of fresh squeezed citrus juice. Bitter blood orange and fennel.
