Good stuff. - ripe fruit nose with green olive. Dense and smoky on the palate, less fruit than smoke but really tasty. Aerated first glass. Will reserve for tomorrow and see how Day 2-3 turn out.

When I'm sick, Jim abstains from wine in solidarity. When Jim is sick I say "More wine for me!!" A little funky when it was first opened, It was actually better the second day. It's held up to a third day, but definitely on the down slope. Tastes like wine.

Beautiful, amazing wine. Drinking well now and should hold up for quite a bit longer!

Big, dry never quite evolved. Good but expected more. Paired much better with steak than on its own but never hit the sweet spot for me.
