By now I can spot Pax in a lineup. Inky but feather light - nearly always sub 13% ABV. Concentrated, stripped of fruit and outside influence. Whole cluster and tart green. Youthful. New world with a nod to old world.
Testa fits. Lean, restrained, with a ruby purple. BlackBerry and crushed rock.

It's like a Beaujolais but better! One of the better wines I've had recently. Light and fresh and full of jam. Yum.
