Nov 20th, 2017It’s in such a great place right now. Nose jam packed with fresh dark fruit, palate is already showing some beautiful secondary development. Earthy and lots of iron and smoky fatty bacon.

Decanted and paired this amazing @PaxMahle #Syrah with a mixed lamb grill. The pairing so good it was almost erotic. It caressed every wine erogenous zone. The climax came in the rich complex mid-palate and rolled over to a soft cuddling finish.
